Wuhan makes headway in wetland conservation

Aerial photo taken on April 8, 2022 shows the Dugong Lake National Wetland Park in Dongxihu Districtof Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province. This year, Wuhan will host the 14th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands (COP14). In this context, the wetland park, which covers 344 hectares with a wetland rate of 70.5percent, has been renovated and is scheduled to opento the public in May.
