Wuhan Wanda Han Show Theater

A special Han Show performance was one of the commemorative activities for this year's 1,800th anniversary of the founding of the ancient city of Wuchang. In a 90-minute performance on Feb. 28, the audience was presented with a threedimensional stage consisting of water, land and air. Some 3D virtual images were projected into the theater, and a fantastic water curtain show amazed the audience. The Wuhan Wanda Han Show Theater has staged 45 performances this year, receiving more than 30,000 viewers, of which non-local visitors account for 50 percent of the total, according to a Han Show Theater official. As a landmark building and popular performance venue in Wuchang, the theater has become one of the top attractions in Wuhan.
