In Wuhan FuruiLi Automation Equipment Co's production workshop in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), a variety of robotic arms are being prepared for deployment to new energy factories worldwide.

These arms, having undergone welding, assembly, debugging, and testing processes, are set to enhance the efficiency and precision of automotive component assembly.
A FuruiLi representative said that the company achieved revenue exceeding 180 million yuan ($25.07 million) in 2024 and has embarked on over 10 new overseas projects this year, anticipating a breakthrough annual revenue of 230 million yuan.
The company's success is rooted in technological innovation. Tasks that previously required multiple individuals for strenuous physical assembly work can now be handled by a single person at a workstation, courtesy of its self-developed assisting robotic arms.
Its latest carbon fiber assisting robotic arm exerts a mere 1.5 kilograms of operating force, setting a new industry standard.
To enter the high-end intelligent tightening gun market – long dominated by foreign firms with unit prices between 150,000 and 200,000 yuan – FuruiLi launched its Intelligent Tightening Gun Business Center in 2024, signaling a major step into industrial fastening technology.
The company has tested intelligent tightening gun samples, meeting international performance standards with torque control accuracy remaining stable within ±3 percent. The product is now moving towards mass production at a price which is less than half of similar imported products.
The synergy between the tightening guns and assisting robotic arms creates a comprehensive "grab-transfer-precise positioning-intelligent fastening" assembly closed-loop solution. This integration boosts production efficiency and assembly quality at critical stations within automotive final assembly lines.
Established in 2021, FuruiLi is a leading national high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, manufacture, and servicing of assisting robots, intelligent production lines, and supporting information systems.
With over 10 patents, the company caters to over 90 percent of domestic automotive OEMs, including renowned names such as Dongfeng, BYD, and FAW.
