The Wuhan base of Mindray officially opened on July 26, 2025, marking the operation of its second global headquarters.

With a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan, the sprawling 620,000-square-meter project comprises a R&D base and a production base. Its business focuses on R&D, manufacturing, and training of three key medical sectors relating to minimally invasive surgery, orthopedics, and cardiovascular products.  

The Wuhan R&D base stands as one of Mindray’s largest innovation centers. To date, it has established approximately 13,000 square meters of specialized lab space, featuring over 90 laboratories, along with a global customer training and experience center and an engineering technology transformation center.
